Terms of use

Use only authorized sender identities and lawfully obtained contacts. Purchased, harvested or misleading lists, phishing, unlawful content and attempts to bypass provider restrictions are prohibited. Sending requires account and sender review. Quotas do not guarantee deliverability. Plans renew according to the hosted checkout disclosure. Cancellation and plan changes are managed through the billing portal.

Privacy

The operator processes account, contact, consent, message and billing metadata to provide communication services. Payment card information is handled by Stripe. Delivery and inbound processing use Mailgun or the approved SMTP provider. Access is limited by business account. Contact the operator for access, correction, deletion and retention requests. Marketing preferences can be withdrawn through every marketing email. Essential security messages are handled separately.

Operator identity, subprocessors, international transfers, legal grounds, cookies, retention schedules and complaint contact must be finalized for the deployment.

Ownership

Businesses retain responsibility for and rights to their contacts and message content. Configure the platform owner identity before launch. This package makes no government affiliation claim.
